On March 19, the Shunjing International Community, which is located in Daming Lake sub-district in Jinan, Shandong province, held a commendation event for foreign volunteers in 2022, honoring 25 outstanding volunteers who have contributed to the local international community and grassroots social governance.

3月19日，济南大明湖街道舜井国际化社区举办2022年外籍志愿者年度表彰大会，共表彰25名为国际化社区建设及基层社会治理作出贡献的优秀外籍志愿者。

Russian Corner "KOT", a voluntary team of the community, was founded by Russian families in Jinan in May 2019. It conducts public welfare activities every weekend such as Russian language classes and China-Russia cultural exchanges for children. Festival activities have also been carried out to promote cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries.

舜井国际化社区社会组织——俄语角“KOT”是一支由在济俄罗斯家庭组建的志愿服务队伍，于2019年5月自发成立，每周日上午为社区商圈员工的子女、在济俄罗斯家庭子女等开展俄语学习、中俄历史文化习俗交流等公益活动，连续四年为社区暑期夏令营的孩子们开设俄语公益课堂，开展特色节庆活动，促进了中外文化交流。

Since 2019, the community and the Jinan English Community have rolled out regular English corner activities led by professional foreign volunteers to provide support for adults and youth who love English.

2019年，舜井社区联合JEC济南英语社区定期开展英语角活动，由专业外籍志愿者老师授课，为热爱学英语的商圈白领及青年群体提供服务支持。

In addition, the community has teamed up with foreign volunteers to set up a "bilingual tour guide" program in scenic spots to promote cultural communication. To date, it has received delegations and individuals from 32 countries, including the United States, Canada, Zimbabwe, and Germany, which enhances international exchange and boosts the development of cultural tourism in Shunjing.

此外，社区还联合外籍志愿者们设立“双语益导游”项目，进景区、讲文化、促交流。截至目前，共接待了来自美国、加拿大、津巴布韦、德国等32个国家的代表团或个人，拓宽了国际交流平台，推进舜井老城区文化旅游蓬勃发展。

Bailey, an honored foreign volunteer, shared his experiences and feelings of participating in volunteer service. "I have been living in Shunjing International Community for three years, and this is my second home. In the future, I plan to devote myself to volunteering and make greater contributions to international communities," he said.

会上，获得表彰的外籍志愿者贝利作为代表分享了参加志愿服务的经历和感受。“我来舜井社区已经三年了，这里就是我的第二个家。”贝利表示，未来，将会以更大的热情投入到志愿服务中，为国际化社区建设工作贡献更多力量。
